About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Training Support & Sales Coordination Specialist Digital Technologies to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of technical training sessions for our customers and partners, while also supporting sales team with key back-office and processes. Your work will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer experience and maintaining high operational standards. Training Support & Coordination: Customer & Sales Back Office Support - Acting as a first level support for technical training inquiries from customers - Organize and prepare customer training environments, including meeting rooms and required materials - Support external training activities (literature, logistics, documentation) - Create and review public training offers; conduct sales follow ups - Plan the yearly public training calendar and support revenue forecasting with management - Coordinate communication with customers throughout the training process - Conduct follow-ups with participants after training completion to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback - Assist customers with logistical inquiries and documentatio...
