Description Operations of all packaging lines under the supervisor of the shift supervisor. · Supervises and coordinates activities such as work procedures, employee rotation, work schedules and attendance · Evaluates and recommends employees for hire or termination · Coordinates with management to assure production activities are as efficient as possible · Enforce company safety, break & lunch policies · Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior · Tracks and communicates employee performance and provides disciplinary / corrective action as needed · Train and coach other operators and line employees to maintain high efficiency with minimal down time · Coordinates with management to assure production activities are as efficient as possible · Ensure all packaging equipment is in operational condition · Establish tasks for employees to ensure a clean workplace · Document down time and lost efficiency · Ensure quality guide lines for products are followed · Enforce all FDA and company guidelines · Assist with Continuous Improvement · Maintain LOTO certification · Review and assist with all quality control documents · Ensure Foo...
