About the Role We’re seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead the daily operations of Maleza and support a hospitality-forward service team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the floor, leads with confidence and warmth, and understands how to balance hospitality, pace, and operational excellence in a high-energy environment. You’ll help shape the guest experience in real time — coaching the team, maintaining standards, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly.
