Job Expectations We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Managing Counsel, Competition and Regulatory to join our Enterprise Legal team. This role reports to the General Manager, Enterprise Legal and plays a critical role in shaping how nbn navigates complex regulatory and competition landscapes in support of its long-term purpose. A bit about your role: As Managing Counsel, Competition and Regulatory, you will lead a small, highly specialised team and take ownership of complex competition and regulatory matters that are critical to nbn’s operations and long-term strategy. You will be responsible for providing trusted, senior legal advice across competition law, telecommunications regulation and access regulation, helping the organisation navigate a dynamic and highly regulated environment with confidence. In this role, you will work in close partnership with senior stakeholders, where you will bring clarity to complexity and help shape decisions that balance regulatory obligations with commercial outcomes.
