HR Coordinator Office hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator or generalist with strong payroll experience to join our team. This role supports a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and benefits administration, while also accurately and on time managing and processing payroll. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Functions: - Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries - Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and onboarding - Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment - Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy - Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations - Support employee engagement and company culture initiatives Payroll Responsibilities: - Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees - Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions - Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable laws - Coord...
