Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager Location: KONIN: Role description: - Establishing initial budget costs / plans. - Updating budgets during design development. - Reviewing and costing design solutions. - Cost estimates of variations and change orders. - Preparing monthly progress payments according to works progresses. - Preparation and agreement of final account. - Value engineering. - Working with Clients and General Contractors. Qualifications & Experience: - Strong technical education in construction. - At least 5 years of professional experience in cost management in all contract phases: pre, post as well as final account, on shopping centers, offices and industrials projects. - Good communication in English (verbal and written). - Good overall technical knowledge supported by hands...
