Billing System Administrator

About the role: 8am is in search of a Billing Systems Administrator to own the configuration, design, and functionality of our core billing platforms, including Zuora, Stripe, and related systems that support our end-to-end revenue operations. As the Billing Systems Administrator, you are experienced in managing complex billing environments, including subscription lifecycle management, invoicing, payments, and financial data integrity. You are well versed in building and maintaining integrations between billing systems, Salesforce, and internally developed products, as well as leveraging automation tools like Workato to streamline processes. You are an extremely collaborative individual with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. You are a creative problem solver with a passion for optimizing systems and delivering scalable, reliable billing operations that support business growth.
