Process Engineer I About this job: The Process Engineer I position is responsible for participating in projects and daily tasks to assist with meeting the business objectives. This position will conduct analyses, design new standardized work, test new products, and work with other CarMax associates and vendors to create new processes. The Process Engineer I is responsible for working in partnership with peers, as well as independently on projects and programs. The Process Engineer I utilizes technical expertise and knowledge to support Field teams and Home Office teams. This position will work directly with stores, while simultaneously handling other departmental tasks at the same time.
