Visual Merchandising Intern - Tiffany & Co. The Visual Merchandising Intern Europe role is responsible for coordinating and adapting VM initiatives across the region in order to enhance the Tiffany & Co. brand story through a cohesive blend of creativity and commerciality. The VM coordinator will support European markets in the implementation of VM initiatives. Missions: Visual Merchandising and Creative Campaigns: - Support the VM (Visual Merchandising) Market Leads by gathering and consolidating Market and Global-led initiatives that have successfully driven sales. - Gather VM Market Lead feedback and understand Market nuances of the merchandise selected for each creative campaign. Understand any needs or opportunities to ensure the merchandise is the best and boldest while being properly installed, styled and lit to create an impactful presentation. - Support the creative campaign ordering process and logistics for all stores, including following any local production needs. Post install, understand and gather any installation challenges.
