Position Overview Aleut Federal is seeking a Proposal Writing Manager to lead enterprise-scale, high-value federal IT and modernization pursuits across civilian and defense agencies. This role works closely with business development, capture, and senior leadership teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality federal proposals. Key Responsibilities: - Support Request for Proposal (RFP) analysis, compliance reviews, and overall proposal coordination - Edit, format, and standardize proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with requirements - Manage proposal inputs, including document organization, SharePoint libraries, and version control - Coordinate internal review cycles and assist with final proposal production and submission - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met Qualifications: Location: Hybrid - Arlington or Reston, VA Closing Date: This position will be posted until filled. - Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting federal (GovCon) proposals - Strong written communication, editing, and organizational skills - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat - Familiarity with fe...
