Part-time Barista/Cashier positions are now being filled at our Au Bon Pain Café located in Methodist Hospital. Shifts available seven days @ week 6AM-3PM/3PM-10:45PM/5PM-10:45PM (shifts vary) must have flexibility. The barista prepares and serves hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee, espresso, tea, and smoothie drinks in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner. Baristas are responsible for educating guests on our drink menus, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items, and taking orders. As a cashier, you are responsible for processing cash, debit and credit card transactions on a point-of-sale system. Cashiers balance the cash drawer, make change and enter purchases.
