LMS Administrator - 26000885 Description Position Overview: Linde is seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator who will oversee the administration and management of the Cornerstone LMS for Linde Gases US. Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Management, this full-time role is critical in ensuring smooth learning operations, compliance with training protocols, and delivering high-quality training experiences through the effective use of Linde's LMS tools. This position also includes project work such as the rebranding of training materials, the conversion of instructor-led courses into online formats and migrating content from legacy systems. The LMS Administrator interacts extensively with ainternal stakeholders such as the Operating Segment Administrator, local LMS Administrators, Learning Champions, and end-users to ensure the system is effectively supporting global learning needs.
