Capital Expenditures Manager

Job description

The Capital Expenditures Manage r is responsible for the daily management, coordination and oversight of multi-family construction projects including successful project planning, cost management, execution, and closure. This role plans and directs all construction activities and administrative processes in order to deliver high quality projects on time and within budget. The Director of Construction successfully achieves objectives related to cost management, bidding, contract administration, schedule tracking and facilitation.
