What you will do Johnson Controls is a leading provider of equipment, controls and services for heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, refrigeration, and security systems! The UK&I Service team has a turnover of $60m and delivers innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for HVAC, chillers, industrial refrigeration, controls, and mechanical & electrical works. As a Service Coordinator based in Cork you are the primary contact for our engineers and customers. As a part of the wider Service Team, you will take ownership of the day-to-day administration /operational activity which can include scheduling engineer visits, ordering supplies, handling vendors, processing invoices and other general administrative tasks. How you will do it: Our Service Coordinators report to the Operation’s Manager and work on a defined scope of activity. A key area of your responsibility will be the planning and scheduling of our front-line service delivery teams. You will book L & M and PSA (Planned Service Agreement) contract and visits.
