POSITION SUMMARY: Relocation Assistance available up to $15,000 Pay range: $49.34/hr - $74.08/hr plus $6.00/hr night shift differential About the team: - Join a team where you will focus on two specialties within Women’s and Children’s; if you want to continue to grow your skills you can also cross-train in Labor, Post-partum, Pediatrics and NICU, without needing to re-apply or transfer departments - Integrate the TeamBirth initiative into daily practices, with patient focused huddles throughout all phases of care - Follow a comprehensive staffing plan shaped by staff input, including: - Dedicated second break RN available most shifts - Addition of a second flex/resource RN to support the majority of situations (e.g., triage labor RN, baby nurse RN) - Minimum staffing standards aligned with AWHONN and NANN guidelines - Enhanced break scheduling processes that support emergent situations and ensure timely nurse breaks - Partner with clinical education for support programs, including the nurse residency committee and real time education - Collaboratively work with providers and nursing staff to improve policies such as category two management and Pitocin management About the Departme...
