Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping. - Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary UX/Product teams (e.g., motion, interaction, UX research, etc.) on technical implementation. - Experience in software development and developing web-based applications. Preferred qualifications: - 7 years of experience developing responsive, adaptive, and performant websites and applications. - Experience and insight into the latest AI capabilities and vibe coding tools. - Ability to collaborate on an interdisciplinary, cross functional team, especially acting as a connector between design and engineering. - Excellent understanding of the intersection between technology and social systems, including governance, health, and economic insecurity. - Portfolio of innovative AI interaction designs.
