Position Summary: The Pilates Instructor is responsible for inspiring members to build healthier, happier lives through meaningful relationships and expert instruction. This role delivers a positive, educational, and supportive experience that promotes member engagement, goal achievement, and long-term retention. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design safe, professional, and comprehensive Pilates programs tailored to individual client goals Provide hands-on instruction to ensure the safe and effective use of Pilates equipment Conduct fitness consultations for new clients, including pre-participation screening, goal setting, and program recommendations Lead private, semi-private, and group Pilates sessions Promote and sell Pilates training packages, Group Fitness classes, and Personal Training services Complete all required administrative tasks rela...
