Job description

SUMMARY: The Confluence Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Confluence financial reporting platform for the Financial Administration Department. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Assists with development and review of workflows, processes, and procedures around technology solution for financial reporting. - Creates and maintains financial templates, workbooks, tailored shareholder reports, and publishing outputs. - Reviews final output for data accuracy and formatting. - Assists financial administration team with troubleshooting and reporting production. - Completes off-schedule projects and ad hoc reporting when needed. - Provides training to junior associates on department workflow processes and performs limited preliminary product review on work to ensure adherence to department guidelines. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: May perform other duties as required and assigned. - Contact as needed with vendor regarding general information, resolution of issues, inquiries, or reporting requirements. - Contact with members of financial administration team, project team, and Confluence support team regarding follow-up on inquiries, open workflo...
