A key departmental role responsible for administering and optimising Jellycat’s Aprimo Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. This includes ensuring the system is effectively configured and maintained to support design workflows, asset organisation, and metadata tagging. The role oversees user access and permissions, ensuring appropriate governance and ease of use across teams. It also provides ongoing support and training to internal stakeholders, enabling efficient access to digital assets and promoting best practice in DAM usage across the wider business.
