MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SAT-MON 5:30PM-6AM: Position Summary: We are seeking a versatile and safety-focused Industrial Maintenance & Utility Operator to support our plant manufacturing operations. This hybrid role combines hands-on mechanical maintenance with utility system monitoring and operation, with a strong emphasis on industrial maintenance. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable troubleshooting equipment and managing critical utility infrastructure that supports plant production and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Duties: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on indoor/outdoor process equipment including pumps, valves, tanks, piping, and rotating machinery, etc. Plans, selects, and lays out required materials for service, repair, and preventive maintenance work. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and process lines. Maintain accurate records in the CMMS and follow all safety and environmental protocols. Provides direction and training to less experienced O&M Specialists. Requisitions new supplies and equipment.
