Work Schedule: 100% FTE. Day Shift. Monday – Friday; 8:00AM – 4:30PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist in Pharmacy to: - Analyze operational performance, monitor trends, and report key findings. - Gather and evaluate data to support targets for customer service, productivity, and cost control. - Assist in developing and implementing new policies and procedures. - Ensure departmental compliance with all regulatory requirements. - Support leadership with project planning, program development, and business opportunity evaluations.
