Pre-Lit Credit Hire File Handler Department: Legal: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Belfast: Description: To pursue settlement of a case load of pre-litigation credit hires file in accordance with agreed cycle times and spend targets, ensuring Client Guidelines are adhered to. It is important that the job holder can quickly review files and formulate an initial Strategy, commence early telephone negotiations with Credit Hire Organisations and Third Party Solicitors and liaise with Insurers where necessary. This role will suit not only experienced Paralegals, but individuals who have experience in the Credit Hire sphere, to include in Insurance Companies.
