Work Location Geyserville, CA Position Purpose: The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Black Stallion Estate Winery (BSEW) wine clubs and outbound sales. The Direct Sales Representative is the main point of contact to promote and sell BSEW wines by growing relationships with existing wine club members and developing new customers. Functional Responsibility: Essential Duties: *Other duties may be assigned - Prepares and processes one or more BSEW wine club shipments as assigned, including creation and execution of wine club selection emails; follows up with order exceptions such as credit card declines, compliance errors, and shipping; resolves exceptions so orders can successfully process - Utilizes club member relationships and other customer information to drive direct sales through outbound email and calling efforts to meet or exceed established sales and membership goals - Acts as a personal “Wine Concierge” and main point of contact for all customer service opportunities, including sales, account profile, shipping issues, or other inquiries - Works closely with DTC Manager to develop and execute outside sales promotions by effectively s...
