Job description

Your Role: - Lead and continuously improve the site Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and Group standards. - Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction, managing non-conformities and complaints effectively. - Drive prevention through audits, risk analysis, control plans, and process monitoring. - Track and improve Quality KPIs, reducing defects and cost of poor quality through continuous improvement initiatives. - Manage internal and external audits, certifications, and product approvals. - Lead and develop the Quality team while promoting a strong quality culture across the organization.
