About the Role: Job Summary Responsible for the effective execution of all maintenance work control processes. Efficient and effective use of planning and scheduling all resources to conduct daily maintenance activities for all NGHS facilities. This position is hands on and expected to be able to step in and complete work when needed. May need to assess work appropriately to justify needed corrective actions. Responsible for effectively communicating all maintenance needs to all level in the Organization. Must be able to express in writing and verbally, while maintaining leadership qualities. Minimum Job Qualifications: Licensure or other certifications: Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum Experience: Must have five (5) or more years experience in all facets of high volume maintenance work. Including HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing/Renovation).
