Position Summary: Miss J’s Café is seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead daily operations and support the overall success of the café. The AGM will work closely with the General Manager to ensure a warm, welcoming guest experience, efficient operations, and a positive team environment. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a love for great food and community, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
