Job Summary The Vice President, Real Estate leads the team responsible for (i) managing all the company's existing real estate transactions, including clinic locations and administrative offices, (ii) managing and tracking leasing and subleasing of medical office space, and (iii) developing and executing against a comprehensive strategy for sourcing and securing real estate for new projects. Team supporting this role may be mix of internal and external (3rd party) resources. *Hybrid * Essential Functions: - Provide day-to-day leadership to Real Estate staff, including selection, work allocation, training, coaching and mentoring, problem resolution, and performance evaluation and feedback - Responsible for overseeing lease renewals, clinic expansions and relocations, and coordination with facilities management team for repairs, maintenance and construction - Responsible for leading the strategy and execution of new clinic site selection, negotiation and execution of letters of intent and leases, and clinic buildout and project management - Manage 3rd party relationship to support real estate and project management activities and incorporate learned best practices for continual proce...
