Job description

OCASA Life Sciences is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support daily transportation operations for our healthcare and life sciences customers. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, tracking critical deliveries, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring all logistics activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures and industry standards. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working with time-sensitive shipments related to pharmaceuticals, clinical trials, laboratory specimens, medical devices, and healthcare materials.
