Job Description David Weekley Homes is looking for dynamic, people-focused leaders who combine a strong sales mindset with a passion for operational excellence to manage new home communities as a thriving business. Area Managers lead a cross-functional team of Sales Consultants, Builders, and Warranty Service Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed financial performance goals. We believe in setting people up to be successful, so there is an initial training and mentoring period to become well acquainted with our operations. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in people-management in both construction and sales teams.
