The role: What's in the Box As a Junior Supply Chain Planner, you will join our Supply Chain Operations team to help manage the weekly cycle of purchasing the ingredients that fill our HelloFresh boxes. This is a hands-on role where you independently oversee the end-to-end ordering process, from delivery scheduling and shortage management to driving improvements in supplier performance. You will act as a primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring that every shipment meets our standards for quality and timing. Your day-to-day focus centers on hitting clear performance targets, specifically maintaining high OTIFIQ (On Time, In Full, In Quality) levels while actively working to reduce error rates and food waste. We are looking for a practical problem-solver who enjoys taking ownership of a fast-moving process and contributing to a more efficient, sustainable supply chain.
