Brief Description of Duties: We invite applications for a pool of part-time lecturers, should an opening arise, to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in biology and related fields. The number of positions varies from semester to semester, depending on the needs of the Department. The pool will remain in place for two calendar years; those interested in remaining in the pool beyond that time must reapply. We are seeking outstanding lecturers who can teach small to large lecture courses as well as seminars, discussions, or laboratories. Teaching areas include anatomy, botany, ecology, evolution, genetics, insect biology, marine biology, microbiology, molecular biology, and physiology. Excellence in teaching is expected.
