Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a SCPFO Service Center Rep for an onsite position in Columbus, OH. - Provides operational procurement services to business partners in the Purchasing (Services) group. - Reviews purchase requests, determines proper method for fulfilling the request, and completes the purchasing activity for basic and medium-complexity requests on behalf of business partners. - Reassigns complex and/or higher-value purchase requests as appropriate. - Delivers medium-complexity procurement issue resolution services to Supply Chain operations staff, business partners, and suppliers. - Provides support in the Issue Resolution group by receiving, documenting, and resolving inquiries, issues, and requests from direct access, by phone, and by e-mail. - Refers complex issues to higher tier group member for assistance and/or resolution. - Supports tracking and reporting of performance metrics, to deliver effective and efficient customer support. - Executes basic and medium-complexity operational procurement transactions to ensure business partner satisfaction and operational efficiency. - Source "services" purchasing requisitions and issue purchase orders (i.e., work...
