Machine Operator/General Laborer

Various Shifts-All Monday through Friday (no weekends). POSITION OBJECTIVE: Responsible for utilizing best practices to perform duties safely, effectively and efficiently – includes support of the converting machines and all manufacturing equipment. This position reports to the Conversion Supervisor and requires the aptitude to develop personal skills and assist others. 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm *shift differential Shift differential is $1.00/hour for 2nd shift QUALIFICATIONS: - High School diploma or equivalent preferred. - Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. - Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at an adequate level. - Basic math skills are required. - Must be able to read a ruler to 1/16”. - Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. - Have strong teamwork skills to foster workplace interactions. - Dependable attendance and demonstrate flexibility to work other hours as needed.
