Community Fundraising Manager

We're looking for a creative Community Fundraising Manager to lead a dynamic program that inspires individuals and communities to fundraise, connect and make a real impact. This role is at the heart of how our community shows up for Wayside. About you: You'll lead the execution of a community fundraising portfolio: - Develop and identify a community fundraising strategy that grows income, reach and engagement - Identify new opportunities for community fundraising and build a sustainable pipeline of supporter growth - Lead on run, challenge and community-led fundraising initiatives - Ensure every fundraiser feels valued, supported and thanked - Partner with the Marcomms team to amplify campaigns - Manage external suppliers and agencies, as well as volunteer opportunities, to deliver high-quality initiatives - Track performance, analyse results and refine strategies.
