Job description

As a Mobility Dispatch Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations for our drivers and Mobility Coordinator team for Fleet Mobility Solutions, LLC. You’ll have leadership responsibilities such as managing key metrics for driver compliance such as attendance, safety scores, customer service, and adherence to company policies/procedures. A Day in the Life: The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for assisting and leadership of the operation of their assigned Fleet Mobility location What You’ll Get: - The hourly rate / wage for this role is $24.50/hr + eligible for up to $1,500 in quarterly bonus incentives - Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
