This Physician Advisor Liaison’s primary function is to provide clerical and operational support for the SLUHN Physician Utilization Management Program. The physician advisor liaison will provide administrative assistance to the Medical Director and to the Physician Advisors in the program. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. In a time sensitive manner, gathers pertinent medical records data relating to medical cases that are being appealed, by accessing various EMR systems and paper records and logs. 2.
