About the Role: We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale AI-powered internal tools that materially improve efficiency, quality, and speed across the organization. This role combines deep hands-on engineering with technical leadership, setting a high bar for execution while shaping how AI-first and agentic development practices are applied across teams. As a senior engineer, you will work on complex internal products, guide technical decisions, and help establish patterns and best practices that other engineers can reuse.
