We are developing therapeutics that target muscle and the central nervous system (CNS) to address the root cause of disease. The company is advancing clinical programs for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1) as well as a preclinical programs for facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) and Pompe disease. Role Summary: Dyne is seeking a co-op for the Oligonucleotide Chemistry team who is passionate about research and excited to participate in finding cures for rare diseases with unmet needs. This Co-Op will focus on RNA therapeutics at the intersection of chemistry and biology, with a particular emphasis on synthesizing oligonucleotides (short DNA and RNA analogs) able to turn off the expression of disease-causing genes.
