Job DetailsJob Location: Lewisville TX - Lewisville, TX 75057Summary: Manage the sustainment, preventive maintenance schedule, technical data, maintenance control activities, and programmed upgrades of all plant activities. This position is primarily administrative. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze work orders and production schedule to plan machinery downtime for preventative maintenance, repairs, and projects. Review and evaluate completed work orders to optimize equipment life cycle and schedule proactive replacements. Purchase parts and create kits for scheduled work orders and projects to increase wrench time. Develop and maintain work flow process. Train work force to utilize CMMS software effectively. Formulate and track metrics to statistically reflect department performance. Receives and carries out instructions for jobs from area supervisor or leadman Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment, and facility/building issues Knowledge of 110v, 240v systems Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems Working knowledge of hydraulic systems Working knowledge of pneumatic systems Ability to read schematics Working knowledge and proper use of all...
