Job description

General Purpose: This work involves standing for long periods of time, doing rapid and repetitive work in a cold and damp environment. It may also include lifting heavy objects. Primary Responsibilities: - Participate as an active team member of production in assigned area. - Perform repetitive tasks as assigned. - Ensure compliance with established food safety programs, including HACCP programs, SSOPs and GMPs. - Effectively communicate with all levels of employees. - Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. - Attend monthly or annual meetings and trainings as required. - Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead Essential Skills and Abilities: Physical Demands and work environment: The physical and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
