What you'll do: We're looking for a skilled Technical Writer to own documentation across the full content lifecycle, from customer-facing help content and in-platform guidance to internal process documentation and UX copy. You'll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams to make complex systems clear and accessible for a range of audiences. - Write and maintain external user guides, help content, and customer-facing documentation that make our product easy to understand and use. - Develop internal process documentation and best practices content to support consistency and knowledge-sharing across teams. - Collaborate with design teams to write clear, concise UX copy, including tooltips, error messages, and microcopy. - Create release notes that communicate new features and product updates clearly at launch. - Build and publish in-pl...
