What You’ll Do: - Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans - Provide in-home occupational therapy services - Help patients improve daily living skills (ADLs), strength, coordination, and safety - Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications - Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve independence - Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed - Complete accurate and timely documentation What We’re Looking For: - Active Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license (required) - Home health experience preferred - Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills - Ability to work independently in a home setting - Excellent communication and documentation skills - Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license - Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred) Pay & Perks: - Up to $70 per visit - Flexible, self-managed schedule - Independence in the fie...
