Job description

The Analyst, Real Estate Acquisitions job supports the Housing Team in the acquisition and disposition of TIAA/Nuveen’s real estate portfolio with a focus on Multifamily and Student Housing and provides support for its strategic relationships. Working under close supervision, this job will assist in executing on new real estate investment opportunities and property dispositions. This role will also maintain certain analytical tools and models, while sourcing information for the Multifamily and Student Housing pipelines that are determined to be viable investments. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Underwrite opportunities that support the company’s real estate investment and financial objectives. Assists with the coordination and compliance of all requirements for the due diligence and closing of real estate acquisitions, dispositions and development transactions. Supports in the development of external relationships with key market participants, investment sales, leasing brokers, and lenders.
