Job Requirements: TEOA & Continuous Improvement Initiatives: - Coordinate projects aimed at process improvement and cost reduction - Serve as the liaison between the regional TEOA team and TE Romania for process standardization - Provide coaching and training in Lean methodologies (5S, Standard Work, VSM, etc.) - Develop, track, and report on progress of the Continuous Improvement Plan and operational savings - Report monthly on TEOA KPIs and update local and corporate management - Organize and support Kaizen events; submit documentation for internal competitions - Coordinate and support digitalization initiatives across the organization Compliance & Safety: - Adhere to Romanian health, safety, and environmental regulations as well as TE interna...
