General Purpose: Make cheese from raw milk Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Load milk into cook vats - Add ingredients to make cheese to customer specifications - Take vat samples and pH readings - Record ingredient usages - Record times, usages, and pH readings on Make Sheet - Pump whey pre-draws to Separator operator - Pump cheese and Whey to EFV operator - Wash and Sanitize cook Vats - The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
