Sr. Systems Engineer

Description We are seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to support a law enforcement customer in Washington, DC. In this role you will be expected to provide onsite support 3 days per week in Washington, DC. Candidates must be willing and able to pass a federal background check to support the program. This position is contingent on contract award, and in this role you will: - Plan and lead major technology assignments, evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. - Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. - Perform systems engineering throughout the entire system life cycle to support data center modernization. - Develop understanding of customer's organization, goals, business needs, and enterprise architectures and systems. Establish system development and integration methodologies and standards such as the ELCM. - Facilitate the collection, storage, security and integrity of electronic data while ensuring appropriate access.
