SENIOR L&D SPECIALIST: Full-Time | HR Team | Olathe, KS Use your experience in learning & development and HR to design and deliver impactful programs that support individual growth and organizational performance. Partner with HR and business leaders to execute upskilling initiatives, facilitate meaningful training experiences, and continuously improve the way TVH develops its people. Your Role and Responsibilities: You’ll support the design and delivery of learning programs that drive performance across the organization. This will involve: Partner with managers and HR business partners to identify learning needs aligned with business priorities. Support and coach managers in their development through structured learning experiences and targeted initiatives Support learning needs assessments for teams and functions, translating findings into actionable program recommendations. Collaborate with internal partners to move beyond one-off training requests toward sustainable performance solutions.
