ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Customer Service - Displays a customer-focused attitude by training and holding staff accountable for delivering extraordinary customer service. - Demonstrates and coaches to proper sales and service techniques as directed by store leadership. - Provides customers with accurate information about current advertising and promotions. - Listens to customers and provides courteous and knowledgeable assistance. - Ensures consistent execution of merchandise presentation, sales and promotional event set-up, and signing and pricing standards. - Delivers a clean, neat, and easy-to-shop store environment. - Solicits customer feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the local community. - Celebrates and recognizes successes. Coaches team to continually improve sales performance.
