FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days, Schedule: Business Hours The Pay Scale is $211,682.00 - $258,149.00 Position Summary: The Senior Corporate Counsel serves as a primary legal advisor for the corporate healthcare system. This role involves high-level legal strategy, significant decision-making authority, and mentorship of the legal team. Responsibilities: - Provide expert legal counsel on complex healthcare regulations, transactions and governance matters. - Work collaboratively with the legal team and the organization's management and executive team. - Manage attorneys, paralegals and other staff and/or serve as a subject matter expert in specific specialties.
