Facilities Manager We are seeking a highly proactive, hands-on Facilities Manager to lead the development, operations, and continuous improvement of Castelion's new 1,000-acre site in New Mexico. This role is critical to enabling safe, reliable, and scalable operations across engineering, manufacturing, and office environments. You will serve as the primary owner of the facility, balancing immediate operational needs with long-term site development as the company rapidly grows.
